I’m proud to share that I’ve achieved Silver Level Taylor Factory Authorized Service Technician status. This should not be confused for being a warranty repair shop. Brooklyn Fretworks is NOT an authorized warranty repair location. It does mean that if you have non-warranty repairs or concerns, you can be confident in bringing your instruments to Brooklyn Fretworks. I appreciate your trust.
